Chocolate is a nationwide favourite treat, making this event a huge hit, and a great experience that provides something for everyone. Led by our expert chocolatiers, you’ll be taken on a culinary journey on how chocolate goes from bean to bar. We’ll even bring along cocoa pods and beans for all guests to touch and taste.

The experience starts with an amazing demonstration from our master chocolatier that includes ganaches, the art of tempering, and dipping techniques using the finest fair trade chocolate. Now it’s your turn to get hands on as you create your very own chocolate delights.

Guided by our experts, and armed with aprons, hats, and an amazing array of ingredients, flavorings and decorative materials, teams put their new found skills to the test as each individual and group creates their very own hand made, hand crafted, hand chosen and personally decorated array of chocolate delights.

What happens at Chocolate Making

On the day of the event our crew will arrive on-site and set up. This can be at any venue or location nationwide as we bring the kitchens and equipment with us.

Hats and aprons at the ready, the chefs will cover some good housekeeping with a health and safety briefing relevant to the tasks and venue. Then it’s time for the fun to start! It all kicks off with a mindblowing insight of how chocolate goes from its raw format, the bean, to the mouth-watering treats we’re all guilty of indulging.

Now it’s time to get hands on with your ingredients! Guided by our chefs you’ll learn how to make ganache, the art of tempering, dipping and decorating techniques. We will share lots of tips and tricks of the trade, bring a smile to your day and raise the spirits of your team.

At the end of the event, our chocolatiers will demonstrate how to gift wrap the chocolates and share the most amusing moments and highlights from the activity. This event can be run as a pure fun session, or we can up the ante with a range of fun competitive rounds for mini teams to go head-to-head on.
