Enter the visual and dramatic TV inspired teambuilding experience fun filled with laughter and suspense. Complete with gameshow lighting and an inflatable game arena, contestants work in teams to face a series of nail-biting challenges.
Groups take on challenges both individually (cheered on by your peers) and team challenges that tests everyone’s ability. Practice time will be given for the head-to-head challenges before taking on the main tasks. Each team get several lives, so just be careful not to lose them all at once.

Example Rounds include:

• Poise – 4 players from your team will balance on one foot on a beam for 20 seconds without falling.

• Bloc – 2 players are pitted against a tower of blocks, one handed they must copy the tower in the allotted time – to win the challenge you both must complete it.

• Gradient – several different coloured balls are placed through piping; your team just need catch the only white ball into the cylinder.

• Tilt – 3 players must navigate a ball from start to finish along three planks without the ball dropping on the floor.

What happens at Qubed

The day starts off with a welcome introduction from our host who will explain the rules and what to expect from the day. With the teams seated together it’s now time to see if you have what it takes to beat the system!

Teams will take part in a variety of memory challenges to start with to earn points. These can include calculating the number of squares that have flashed to contestants watching a random number appearing in each 12 squares going in a clockwise direction. The team must determine which square that number appeared in.

Once the team challenges are over, it’s time to move onto the individual games. Teams will get practice time to enable them to choose their best player(s) to compete in that round.

Teams will then get 3 chances: if they complete the challenge on their first attempt, they win 20,000 points for their team. On their second attempt they win 10,000 points and on the third, 5,000 points. If they don’t complete the challenge in 3 attempts, they give all other teams 10,000 points.

Once everyone has completed their tasks the results are tallied up and the results ceremony (and bragging rights) can commence.
