Our venue finding service is completely free to clients. We are paid a commission by the venue you choose, so there is no additional venue-finding fee added to your booking.

We receive a commission directly from the venue when a booking is confirmed. This is a standard arrangement within the events industry and means we can provide our venue search and booking service to clients free of charge.

Our aim is to find the right venue for your event rather than simply provide a directory of spaces, and we can approach multiple venues on your behalf to compare availability, packages and pricing.

Some of our clients book their summer party a year ahead and others a month before. For the widest choice, start as early as you can, particularly if you're planning a large corporate summer party or want a popular rooftop, garden or outdoor venue.

June and July dates can book particularly quickly, especially Thursdays. However, summer parties can also be arranged at much shorter notice, and our team can check which London venues still have availability for your preferred date.

We can do as much or as little as you need. You can use us purely to find and secure your summer party venue, or we can help with other elements of the event including catering, drinks, entertainment, AV, lighting, production, furniture and event staffing.

For larger corporate events, we can also provide event management support and help coordinate suppliers alongside the venue.

It varies considerably depending on the venue, catering, drinks and style of event. As a broad guide, many London summer party packages start from around £60–£100 per person, while more premium venues, extensive drinks packages, entertainment and production can take budgets to £150–£250+ per person.

Some venues work on a per-person package while others charge venue hire plus catering and drinks. Tell us your budget and we'll focus the search on venues where it can realistically work.

For any outdoor event in London, we strongly recommend having a wet-weather contingency plan. Many of the venues we feature offer a combination of outdoor and indoor space, covered terraces, marquees or an alternative area that can be used if the weather changes.

When we're helping you find a venue, we can specifically look for options with suitable wet-weather arrangements rather than relying entirely on uncovered outdoor space.

Yes. Although booking early gives you more choice, we regularly help clients looking for venues at shorter notice. Because we can approach multiple venues and check availability, we can quickly identify options that still have your date available.

London is our main focus and where we have the strongest venue network, but we can also help with corporate summer parties elsewhere in the UK. If your event is outside London, send us the location, date and approximate guest numbers and we can advise on suitable options.
