Get your team’s taste buds tingling with a fun filled, interactive BBQ Masterclass that will challenge everybody, no matter how good (or bad) they are on the BBQ.

Food is a great way to bring people together, and this event is all about having fun and interacting with colleagues, learning new skills (and showing off hidden talents) while cooking and eating a selection of scrumptious dishes including a full roast with Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes, baked camembert and chocolate fudge brownies.

Teams prepare a selection of different recipes under the guidance of 3 times British BBQ Champion, Andy Annat.
This is a great event with lots of scope for learning and being creative.

The perfect summer BBQ is an exploration of the techniques and skills that will make your backyard BBQ an enjoyable and productive experience. You’ll learn all the basic techniques as well as more advanced styles like smoking. This is serious, take no prisoners real BBQ and will make you a true BBQ hero.

What happens at BBQ Masterclass

This event must take place in a large outdoor area. After a lively introduction and demonstration from Andy groups will be split up into teams and BBQ battle against each other to cook up something special.

With expert tuition, each group prepares to design and create a range of unique dishes. All equipment and fresh ingredients are provided per team.

Once all cooking is complete all the dishes are presented to, ready for judging and of course tasting!
