Chandos House offers a stylish and timeless setting for special events coupled with unbeatable transport links and a fashionable location. With Oxford Circus and Bond Street tube stations just a 5 minute walk away, we offer direct access to all 8 major London rail stations. Once home to various Dukes, Counts and Barons, the house underwent a £5 million restoration in 2005, and now offers 6 principal function rooms to hire, as well as a garden terrace which provides a rare oasis just minutes from Oxford Street. Chandos House is licensed to hold up to 150 guests and is available for exclusive use hire for summer parties.

Chandos house works well for any event all year round but is perfect for summer parties with the wall in terrace creating an amazing sun trap sheltered for any chilly winds that might catch you out at that time of year. Our Garden Terrace provides a rare haven, allowing you to entertain your guests in comfort and privacy both indoors and outdoors. The Terrace Room, in which drinks and food will be served, contains beautiful period features including a Victorian Waterford crystal chandelier, a mahogany bar and large Venetian windows. Mouth-Watering BBQ Menus. Their summer party package features a choice of delicious BBQ menus and includes exclusive use of our Terrace Room and the adjoining Garden Terrace.
