Spanning five floors, the hotel features fragmented angular balconies made of exposed concrete, combined with projecting corten steel beams, creating an intentionally frayed appearance along the building’s northern face. The design incorporates six jutting slab edges that pierce through the glass, emphasizing the horizontal expanse of the structure.
At the eastern boundary of the site, a secluded landscaped garden is carefully fashioned into tiers, seating areas, and greenery, providing natural illumination and access to the spacious lower triple-height restaurant and bar area.
